- A bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology-related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of MS-Project and other current Project Management software packages.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams tasked with project definition and execution is essential.
- The successful applicant will have experience managing suppliers as well as customers.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with rocket motor design, test, and/or manufacturing is preferred.
- The candidate should possess the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Current PMP certification and formal training in project management are preferred qualifications.
