- Lead and assist in critical People projects across the company, iterating quickly on project plans and goals
- Partner with leadership to understand business needs and create easily digestible reporting, such as recruiting analytics and headcount tracking
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy in people analytics processes
- Ensure data integrity and precision while facilitating data migration to cloud-based storage
- Collaborate with Operations, Recruiting, and other teams to fill gaps and create scalable processes to support organizational growth and success

- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries against new or unfamiliar data sets
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and precision
- High ownership and outcome orientation, with a humble approach to problem-solving
- 1+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in people analytics
