- The Senior Director, Maritime Business Development will be responsible for building a cohesive strategy across the US DoD, IC markets, and commercial sectors.
- This role involves leading large capture campaigns focused on growing programs for larger class AUVs.
- The candidate will coordinate advanced capture campaigns that span multiple stakeholders within Anduril and the customer's organizations.
- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior military and civilian US Government customers is a key responsibility.
- The role requires supporting the alignment of Anduril's maritime product offerings with evolving customer demands and requirements.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex sales campaigns, particularly with the Department of Defense or key maritime customers.
- A strong background in maritime unmanned systems and advanced maritime capability development is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess an intimate understanding of government contracting and have established connections within relevant program offices.
- Experience working with classified and/or special access programs is highly desirable.
