✨ About The Role
- Lead and oversee operations, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain teams responsible for aircraft production at Anduril
- Responsible for taking aircraft production from prototype to full rate production on an aggressive timeline
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely execution of all program deliverables
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Manage the production budget, including staffing, capital expenditures, labor costs, and inventory management

- Experienced leader with a minimum of 15 years in aircraft manufacturing, including roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain
- Strong background in leading the design and start-up of aircraft manufacturing processes and facilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an unstructured environment, with startup experience preferred
- Outcome-oriented individual with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
- Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
