About The Job
We're seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded leader to serve as Senior Manager, Corporate Operations [Analytics Focus]. This person will act as both product manager and analytics leader for our internal planning infrastructure—partnering closely with Analytics Engineering, Business Operations, FP&A, and other functions to set the vision and design for the process, tooling, dashboards, and metrics that power decision-making across Anduril.
What You'll Do
- Own the analytics and tooling roadmap for Corporate Operations, designing system requirements in partnership with Analytics Engineering, Business Operations and cross-functional stakeholders
- Design and implement dashboards and metrics that measure forecast accuracy and planning performance across workstreams
- Translate complex data into executive-ready insights, enabling faster, clearer decisions across planning and revenue operations
- Foster cross-team visibility and a culture of user empathy, problem discovery, and best practices in solutioning and process improvement
- Continuously improve operations, introducing automation, standardization, and data governance to increase speed and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, product management, or product operations—ideally within a high-growth or complex organization
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and advanced analytics, ability to write SQL, Python, or other analytic languages. Experience with Palantir Foundry a plus
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and build data-driven tools or dashboards in collaboration with technical teams
- Demonstrated experience leading analytical projects or small teams, managing priorities and delivering high-impact insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating at executive and technical levels
- High ownership and systems thinking—you can design from first principles and see connections across data, process, and strategy
US Salary Range $146,000 - $190,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
