- The Senior Manager of Production Operations will lead the new production facility in Quonset, Rhode Island.

- The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in complex hardware or robotics production and/or maintenance.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or production operations lead/manager role is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, operating, and maintaining experimental aircraft is essential.
- The candidate must possess a full understanding of the product life cycle and LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with aircraft designers and engineers.
- The successful individual will be extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- A passion for employee development and training is crucial for this role.
