✨ About The Role
- The Senior Manager of Production Operations will lead the new production facility in Quonset, Rhode Island.
- This role involves managing a team of supervisors and technicians to manufacture Anduril Maritime products.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing the facility for production and managing the delivery of AUVs.
- Collaboration with manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and supply chain is essential for introducing new products.

- The manager will provide high-level reports to leadership and participate in continuous improvement activities.

- The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in complex hardware or robotics production and/or maintenance.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or production operations lead/manager role is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, operating, and maintaining experimental aircraft is essential.
- The candidate should possess a full understanding of the product life cycle, LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with aircraft designers and engineers.
- The successful individual is extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- A passion for employee development and training is crucial for fostering team growth.
