- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace, electronics, or the medical industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and remain on their feet throughout the day is required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools is necessary, along with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in reading technical drawings and schematics will be beneficial for this position.
