- The Modeling and Simulation Engineer will design and build digital engineering infrastructure for Virtual Warfare.
- This role involves collaborating with a diverse team of engineers to create a software-first integration environment for uncrewed combat systems.
- The engineer will be responsible for building and integrating various simulation components, including model-, software-, and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
- Managing stakeholder needs to develop tooling suites for evaluating autonomy and vehicle performance is a key responsibility.
- The position requires collaboration with team members in the autonomy domain to enable rapid development and deployment of autonomous systems.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- A successful applicant will demonstrate high ownership and autonomy throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess a deep understanding of computer and network systems, from individual desktops to multi-cluster cloud nodes.
- At least 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Rust or C++ is essential for this role.
- Experience in building scalable backend software systems and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly valued.
