- Experienced software engineer with at least 3+ years working with various programming languages such as Rust, Go, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and partners in the autonomy domain to build and integrate model/software/hardware-in-the-loop components
- Strong background in building platform and infrastructure tooling to enable other software engineers to scale their output
- Comfortable navigating complex systems and established code bases, with a bias towards rapid delivery and iteration
- Previous experience in a startup or startup-like environment, demonstrating success in low structure, high autonomy settings
