- Strong background in building platform and infrastructure tooling to enable other software engineers to scale their output
- Comfortable navigating complex systems and established code bases, with a bias towards rapid delivery and iteration
- Previous experience in a startup or startup-like environment, demonstrating success in low structure, high autonomy settings
