- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Rust, Go, JavaScript, etc.
- Ability to work on critical software projects with real-world impact and a desire to solve complex technical challenges
- Comfortable leading high-impact projects, collaborating with multiple teams, and making pragmatic engineering decisions
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
