Strategy And Narrative Development

• Support the development of clear, compelling narratives that articulate Frontier Systems' role in shaping the future of integrated defense architectures.
• Assist with drafting thought-leadership materials, product framing, executive briefs, and mission-focused storylines for key audiences.

Partnerships And External Engagement

• Help evaluate industry and government partnership opportunities across Frontier Systems' portfolio.
• Contribute research, analysis, and briefing materials that inform partner strategy and support relationship building with primes, integrators, and technology partners.
• Assist in preparing for high-level engagements, events, and program discussions that advance Frontier Systems' goals.

Mission And Market Research

• Conduct research on emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and operational trends across air defense, space systems, intelligence technology, autonomy, and multi-domain integration.
• Synthesize insights into concise recommendations that support strategic planning.

Division-wide Support

• Collaborate with teams across Frontier Systems, including Discovery, Space Systems, Air Defense, Sentinel, Intelligence Systems, and the Software Platform team.
• Work closely with leaders to support planning processes, strategic initiatives, and product positioning efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Rising junior at the time of the internship and returning to school after completion.
• Exceptional writing ability with strong attention to clarity, logic, and precision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Genuine interest in national security, technology, and current events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or coursework related to defense, national security, technology policy, venture or startup ecosystems, or industrial strategy.
• Background in policy analysis, research, storytelling, or strategic writing.
• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring synthesis of complex information into crisp insights.
• Familiarity with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community is a plus, but not required.
