✨ About The Role
- The VP of Revenue Operations will oversee Deal Desk, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success Operations to ensure seamless alignment and optimization across key revenue-driving functions
- Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, and analytics to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Lead initiatives critical for the company's growth trajectory such as demand generation efforts, market expansion, pricing optimization, and churn reduction strategies
- Manage territory plans aligning with the company's go-to-market strategy while maximizing sales efficiency
- Develop and manage key projects supporting the GTM organization, define strategy, requirements, and timelines
⚡ Requirements
- 8+ years of overall business leadership experience in sales, revenue operations, Customer Success Operations, and Marketing Operations
- Experience with subscription-based SaaS technology products supporting a global enterprise class customer base
- Prior experience building and scaling a revenue ops function
- Strong knowledge of lead qualification methodologies and CRM and sales engagement applications
- Competitive team player and leader with a passion for sales and pipeline creation
