✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning and managing the Antares R&D machining and assembly facility
- Define standard processes and workflows for manufacturing prototype, qualification, and production-grade parts
- Participate in design reviews to assess and influence the manufacturability of parts and assemblies
- Analyze and address manufacturing discrepancies, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to reduce non-conformance frequency and operating costs
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing and machining methods with a focus on developing R&D facilities and workflows
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of parts and assemblies
- Strong project management skills and effective communication across teams
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, materials science, and CAD software
- Previous experience in designing tools, assembly fixtures, and writing G-code
