✨ About The Role
- Lead the Developer Advocacy function at Anyscale, focusing on growing and activating the Ray community, particularly in the AI infrastructure and applications domain
- Define and execute strategy development, set KPIs for Dev Advocacy activities, and work closely with external Ray users to share their stories
- Design and implement instrumentation for tracking and reporting on KPIs, be the first to try Ray features, and provide feedback to the Solutions team
- Build and nurture a vibrant developer community around Ray and Anyscale, maintain an active online community, and lead in-person efforts such as meetups, Hackathons, and conferences
- Collaborate with Engineering to maintain an active online community, engage with developers through social media channels, and help build a strong Developer Advocate team in 2024

- Extensive experience in developer relations and advocacy for open source technologies, with a strong technical background in distributed systems and machine learning
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including people management, and the ability to effectively communicate and share work with a broader audience through writing and speaking
- Proficiency in software development, with the capability to build and assess technical solutions
- Experience in leading and executing strategies to grow and activate developer communities, especially in the domain of AI infrastructure and applications
- A proactive individual who can work closely with external users, write about their experiences, and engage with developers through various social media channels
