✨ About The Role
- Responsible for optimizing marketing and go-to-market processes across PLG and Sales-led motions
- Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and optimize campaign performance
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy for accurate lead/contact/account/opportunity information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with a preference for a Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in the B2B SaaS industry
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
