- Establish a world-class brand image for Anyscale through visual design on marketing and product fronts
- Define and develop a cohesive visual identity for Anyscale, creating assets to enhance the company's visual presence across all touchpoints
- Work directly with the leadership team and senior stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and achieve buy-in for visual design strategies
- Collaborate closely with the product design team to apply the established visual design framework to the user interface, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with experience in designing for developer-facing/technical products, SaaS, or cloud products

- Experienced visual designer with a minimum of 5 years in visual design, branding, and marketing, showcasing a strong portfolio of past work
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences, including senior leaders
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate design visions into visually compelling solutions
