About The Role

Applied Intuition's agriculture portfolio enables OEMs to build, deploy, and update next-generation autonomy, automation, and intelligence solutions across agricultural equipment and workflows. Our tools, Vehicle OS, and full-stack software/hardware products power smarter machines, accelerate development cycles, and reduce operational costs across the farming ecosystem.

We're looking for a Product Architect to lead the technical direction of our agriculture products and showcase their value through real-world applications with customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, translating customer pain points into scalable architectures that drive adoption and shape our long-term strategy in the agriculture domain.

At Applied Intuition, You Will:

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture across our agriculture product areas, including autonomy and automation tools, Vehicle OS for agricultural equipment, and full-stack software/hardware solutions
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customers to guide the technical direction of our agriculture offerings and ensure they solve real-world needs across OEMs, technology partners, and large farm operators
  • Own and drive the technical roadmap for agricultural products, aligning long-term platform strategy with customer requirements, field workflows, and industry trends
  • Make high-impact architectural decisions, providing guidance on system- and component-level trade-offs for autonomy software, perception, controls, connectivity, hardware integration, and cloud toolchains
  • Communicate the product vision through compelling demos, architecture diagrams, reference designs, and deep-dive working sessions with internal teams and customer engineering organizations
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to engineering and product leadership, influencing the direction of Applied Intuition's agriculture platform and ensuring architectural consistency across tools, Vehicle OS, and full-stack systems

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, product management, or related roles influencing complex technical products
  • Prior experience in the agriculture industry
  • Deep experience in agricultural technology, autonomy, automation, off-highway equipment, or full-stack vehicle systems (e.g., Vehicle OS, perception, controls, connectivity, edge/cloud toolchains)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams, guiding cross-functional groups toward aligned technical outcomes
  • Experience building compelling customer demos and technical narratives, translating complex system behavior into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience defining technical roadmaps and driving sophisticated products from concept through deployment, ideally in domains such as robotics, off-road vehicles, or precision agriculture systems

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
