✨ About The Role

- The Product Manager will define and implement product development processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. - This role involves developing tailored product offerings for various verticals, including Defense, Energy, and Climate, to attract new customers. - The candidate will drive the execution of product launches, coordinating timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple teams. - Supporting sales and business development efforts through product positioning and customer engagement is a key responsibility. - The role requires the development and maintenance of documentation, including project plans and process workflows, to ensure clarity and alignment. - Attending industry conferences and events to represent the company and gather insights will also be part of the job.

âš¡ Requirements

- A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the defense or tech industry. - The individual should possess a BA/MBA in Finance, Strategy, GIS, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for facilitating collaboration between engineers and customers. - The ideal person will be a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is required, with a background in graphic design or data visualization being a significant advantage.
