✨ About The Role
- Responsible for the manufacture of low volume/high mix space products hardware, including launch vehicles and spacecraft engines
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, technicians, program managers, and system engineers to ensure manufacturability and test of spacecraft subsystems
- Drive continuous improvement projects to achieve safety, reliability, and process capability goals
- Develop production testing processes and requirements for high-pressure gas systems to support high rate production testing targets
- Adapt to evolving design and production challenges and work on resolving off-nominal non-conformance issues
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced manufacturing engineer with a background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Strong expertise in design for manufacturability and design for assembly, with a track record of successfully taking products through development, testing, and production
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
