- Responsible for inventory tracking and analysis, regularly updating inventory records using various systems - Identify and suggest improvements in inventory management processes to increase efficiency - Prepare and present inventory reports, document inventory processes and guidelines - Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to meet inventory with business needs - Address and resolve inventory discrepancies, assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliations

- Detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Gsuite, particularly Excel, with keen attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
