✨ About The Role
- Assist with support tickets and escalate as needed
- Perform onboarding and off-boarding tasks for employee lifecycle management
- Help with inventory management and keep documentation up to date
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide support for the development and manufacturing of space hardware
- Work on infrastructure upgrades, larger projects, and troubleshooting tasks

- Experience in providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in resolving IT challenges
- Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux operating systems
- Motivated individual with a passion for helping and teaching others
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to follow directions accurately
