✨ About The Role
- Responsible for the build-out, organization, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of multiple hardware development labs
- Help establish and enforce safety guidelines and best practices in all lab areas
- Document and maintain a fleet of test equipment, manage inventory of lab supplies, and reduce equipment procurement costs
- Manage calibration and repairs of lab equipment to maximize uptime
- Support engineering teams with test assistance and other facility-related projects as necessary

- Experience working in a sensitive hardware development and/or manufacturing facility for at least 2 years
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining lab operations
- Familiarity with electrical engineering lab equipment and practices is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable with hand tools and various computer-based tools, as the role involves a variety of tasks
