✨ About The Role
- Responsible for the build-out, organization, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of multiple hardware development labs
- Work alongside a team of engineers on various projects to support the development and improvement of satellite manufacturing facility
- Establish and enforce safety guidelines and best practices in all lab areas
- Manage environmental conditions in all labs to stay within established industry standards
- Support the team with other facility-related projects as necessary

- Experience working in a sensitive hardware development and/or manufacturing facility, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing lab operations and facility needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with commercial electrical systems, plumbing, and general fabrication and assembly is required
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools, as well as computer-based tools
