✨ About The Role
- Responsible for performing in-process inspection and final verification of flight hardware to ensure compliance with drawing, process specifications, and work order requirements
- Identify, document, and verify resolution of production and test non-conformances, working closely with engineering and production teams to address issues
- Support quality management system policies and procedures, assess compliance to industry standards, and lead continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Conduct verifications independently and document results clearly and precisely, while also supporting related duties to ensure an efficient work environment

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced quality inspector with at least 3 years of experience in aerospace, military, or manufacturing environments, focusing on ensuring mission success through meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings, CAD models, and performing electronic testing using various measuring devices and lab equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively interface with engineering and production teams to resolve nonconforming issues
- Self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed, with bonus points for having an associate degree or higher in quality, engineering, or related field
