- The Propulsion Technician will be responsible for programming, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a CNC Tube Bender for aerospace applications.
- The role involves preparing bent tubing components for welding and assembly into micro-GEO satellites.
- Candidates will perform dimensional and quality inspections on bent tubing and advanced propulsion components.
- The technician will also fabricate tooling and modify flight hardware using basic shop tools such as saws, mills, and lathes.
- The position requires identifying and procuring capital equipment, managing its installation, and performing its commissioning.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in tube bending, aerospace, high-precision assembly, or CNC machine operation.
- A strong ability to interpret technical drawings and work to established procedures is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should be comfortable operating cranes, man lifts, and other handling equipment.
- The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted and perform various physical movements.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, overtime, and weekends, is necessary.
