- The Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Machining will be responsible for manufacturing and inspecting machined components for flight and developmental use.
- This role involves collaborating with design engineering teams to ensure quality is built into part designs and driving Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- The engineer will develop and qualify manufacturing and inspection processes, including process validation and documentation.
- Responsibilities include writing production procedures and working with contract manufacturers to enhance their manufacturing and quality processes.
- The role requires evaluating non-conformances to determine root causes and implementing system improvements.

- The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CNC machining and programming is required.
- The candidate should possess expertise in GD&T and drawing reviews, demonstrating a strong understanding of mechanical design.
- Hands-on experience with machining and programming parts is essential, along with a high attention to detail.
- The successful individual will be proactive and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
