✨ About The Role
- Lead and grow the Technical Program Management Team responsible for the development, production, launching, and operation of satellites
- Manage a portfolio of diverse programs that are cross-functional throughout the organization
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers to drive success in satellite development
- Scale processes and operations to optimize performance, schedule, and cost
- Drive risk management, set milestones, communicate program status, and identify/address potential blockers

- Experienced leader with a background in technical program management and satellite telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of technical program managers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, overcome obstacles, and document tactical plans clearly
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years of people management experience required
- US citizenship or Green Card Holder with familiarity in tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
