Junior Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling, product messaging, and building engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will help shape how our brand and products are communicated to the world—translating complex technology into clear, compelling content for customers, partners, and end users.

You will work across product marketing, communications, and social media, supporting go-to-market campaigns, creating marketing content, and managing our online presence. From product launches and marketing materials to social media storytelling and community engagement, you'll play a key role in bringing our products and brand to life.

This role collaborates closely with product leads, sales, design, partnerships, and the wider marketing team to deliver consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the marketing team by drafting messaging and content for blog posts, social media, product briefs, and presentation decks.
  • Translate product features into clear customer benefits tailored to different audiences and personas.
  • Assist with product launches and software updates, including release communications and supporting marketing assets.
  • Maintain product marketing and sales enablement materials, such as product summaries, brochures, pitch decks, tutorials, and walkthroughs.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing materials reflect the latest features and capabilities.
  • Plan and execute field marketing initiatives and events (e.g., trade shows, partner activations, local campaigns) to generate leads, strengthen brand presence, and support regional sales teams.
  • Support the development and execution of the communications and social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Own the content calendar, planning and publishing articles, posts, and campaign content aligned with product launches, company updates, and brand initiatives.
  • Create engaging content including posts, articles, interviews, and short-form videos that translate complex technical topics into accessible stories.
  • Collaborate with designers and video teams who produce visual and multimedia content, including graphics, reels, animations, and marketing videos.
  • Support the creation of press releases and communication materials when needed.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing video and visual content, including interviews, on-site shoots, animations, and product demonstrations.
  • Track and report on content and social media performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to experiment with new formats, channels, or storytelling approaches.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, communications, or social media.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong videography and social content creation skills; filing, editing and producing.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content planning tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
  • Comfortable interpreting analytics and performance data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with tech, SaaS, robotics, or drone-related industries is a plus.
  • Exposure to defence or military organizations and their needs is an advantage.
  • EU citizenship required.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Stock Options
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Pension plan
  • Extended social security package
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity leave
  • Wellpass membership
