✨ About The Role
- The Director of Revenue Operations will report to the Head of Finance and Business Operations and be accountable for the Strategy and Operations of the Commercial and Government Sales organizations.
- This role involves identifying, initiating, and driving projects and processes necessary for both short-term and long-term success.
- The Director will own and drive changes to deal desk approval workflow and provide weekly forecasts for Sales and Finance/Accounting leadership.
- The position requires ensuring SalesForce data hygiene and overseeing the development of additional functionality and reporting.
- The Director will play an instrumental role in annual bookings targets and fiscal budgeting & planning.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a successful record managing complex solution sales and implementations, including new opportunity scoping and capture, and renewal contract management.
- Familiarity and experience in the software, SAAS, or subscription management industries and sales models is essential.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
- A proven ability to manage day-to-day tactics while taking ownership of the strategy and roadmap of sales priorities and processes is crucial.
