Regional Vice President Of Sales

Join our executive leadership team and drive strategic growth for our market-leading Agentic Process Automation platform as Regional Vice President of Sales. In this high-impact role, you will lead national sales initiatives, shape go-to-market strategies, and oversee a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on enterprise organizations. You'll be responsible for expanding our enterprise footprint, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, deep domain expertise in strategic accounts, and a passion for innovation and team development.

Location: USA Remote

You'll exceed your targets and be successful by:

  • Owning national sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales organization: Build, manage, and inspire a team of regional Sales Executives and Directors, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Driving strategic enterprise deals: Personally engage in high-value negotiations and executive-level relationships to close complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Expanding market presence: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to elevate brand visibility and generate strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure cohesive messaging, solution alignment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimizing sales operations: Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and CRM utilization to ensure operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
  • Influencing product direction: Provide market feedback and customer insights to inform product roadmap and innovation priorities.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing national or global sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally with exposure to AI, Agentic Process Automation (APA), or related automation technologies.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support team development, client engagement, and strategic initiatives.

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + incentives) for this position is $480,000 – $490,000 annually. Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and market alignment. This position is also eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
