This pivotal role will lead the Mexico sales team directly, driving strategic growth and execution across the region. You'll also coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering (SE), Marketing, and Partner Account Management (PAM) through dotted-line relationships to ensure alignment and impact.
We're looking for a player-coach — someone who can lead with vision and also personally manage 3–4 highly strategic accounts. You'll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy in Mexico, while maintaining rigorous standards in forecasting, MEDDICC qualification, and account planning.
