Sr. Manager of Field Marketing for Brazil

Automation Anywhere is seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager of Field Marketing for Brazil to accelerate regional growth and drive pipeline. As a member of the Americas Field & Partner Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with local sales leaders and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and measure the go-to-market strategy for one of our fastest-growing markets.

This is a role based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Owning end-to-end accountability for defining and executing Brazil's field marketing strategy, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Adapting global marketing strategies to meet regional enterprise go-to-market needs, with a focus on named accounts and local pipeline generation
  • Developing a robust annual field marketing plan grounded in deep understanding of local market dynamics, sales motions, and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Leading the regional marketing calendar, including events, targeted account initiatives, and partner activations, to drive high-impact field engagement
  • Managing and optimizing regional marketing investments to maximize pipeline efficiency and ROI, with clear reporting against KPIs and quarterly objectives
  • Partnering closely with Corporate Marketing to integrate regional requirements into global campaigns, product launches, and messaging frameworks
  • Establishing strong feedback loops with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing priorities, investments, and execution remain tightly aligned to sales needs
  • Driving consistent adoption and understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and marketing programs across the regional sales organization
  • Enabling sales teams with relevant marketing assets and collateral to support executive-level engagement with named accounts

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, including 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or event-led roles with demonstrated results
  • Experience in cloud and/or enterprise business software environments preferred
  • Prior experience working with channel or strategic partners preferred
