✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing the concept of operations for the AxStation vehicle, systems, and subsystems
- Coordinate and ensure user inputs into the design of the systems
- Ensure operational products are in sync with the vehicle design schedule and that appropriate inputs and outputs are coordinated and completed on time
- Develop concepts related to crew and ground interface, hardware operating parameters, hazards, FMEA/CIL's, hardware maintenance, human factors, training, payload interfaces, mission integration, and more
- Additional duties as assigned
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced individual with a background in engineering or science, preferably with 10+ years of experience in experiment science and cargo support, particularly for the ISS
- Strong ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem solver with a "can do" attitude and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, able to integrate quickly into a small team and represent the company with integrity
