✨ About The Role
- The Payload Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client payload projects.
- This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of payload projects to ensure alignment with customer needs and mission objectives.
- The manager will support proposal development, including task/milestone definition and detailed cost/schedule estimates.
- Establishing and maintaining overall project schedules while tracking budgets, key milestones, and deliverables is a key responsibility.
- The role includes organizing and leading internal payload progress meetings to support development schedules and mitigate potential issues.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Payload Integration, preferably for the International Space Station (ISS), is required.
- Strong client communication skills are essential for managing expectations and project development.
- The candidate should thrive in collaborative environments and possess expertise in project management methodologies.
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills are crucial for supporting real-time operations.
