(Senior Project Manager)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the planning, execution and delivery of software development and technical projects.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-
Utilize the Atlassian toolset and develop appropriate backlog, sprint cadence and release targets.
-
Support and execute Atlassian tool initiatives, customization, dashboard and reports.
-
Lead release team in relevant Agile/Scrum ceremonies – schedule and execute daily planning and refinement sessions, retrospectives and reviews as required.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
-
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
-
Foster an agile, collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
-
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and frameworks.
-
Lead and coach multiple scaled scrum teams in a highly technical, iterative design environment.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
