We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Growth to drive global growth initiatives and maximize revenue generation across all regions. Reporting directly to the CRO, the Senior Vice President, Growth will lead a high-performing team of country and regional managers, oversee sales enablement and revenue operations, and manage key vendor and strategic partnerships. The Senior Vice President, Growth will be pivotal in scaling our business globally, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

Global Growth Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global growth strategy in alignment with the CRO's revenue objectives

  • Identify new market opportunities and design tailored go-to-market strategies for each region

  • Lead expansion efforts into emerging markets while optimizing performance in established ones

Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly manage a team of country and regional managers to achieve consistent growth and profitability across all markets

  • Establish clear KPIs and performance goals for regional teams, ensuring accountability and alignment with global objectives

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results across all levels of the organization

Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations

  • Oversee global Sales Enablement to ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed for success

  • Lead the Revenue Operations team to optimize processes, systems, and analytics for efficient revenue management and forecasting

  • Implement scalable systems to ensure accurate and real-time tracking of sales and growth metrics

Vendor & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with key vendors and strategic partners to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure mutual value creation and alignment with organizational goals

  • Identify opportunities for partnerships that can accelerate growth in key markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives with broader company objectives

  • Collaborate with the CRO to ensure alignment between growth strategies and revenue targets

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to drive customer retention and lifetime value growth

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in growth, sales, or revenue-focused roles within global organizations

  • Entrepreneurial experience building teams and markets from inception to scale

  • Proven track record of leading global teams and achieving significant revenue and market share growth

  • Deep expertise in sales enablement, revenue operations, and data-driven decision-making

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of managing strategic partnerships

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term scalability

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task

Requirements

  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation

  • Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position

Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time)
