✨ About The Role
- The Softgoods Production Manager will be responsible for all staffing, infrastructure, capabilities, and sustaining of Axiom Softgoods flight and development lab.
- This role includes executing production and processing to support flight and development assembly, build, test, quality, and delivery goals.
- The manager will communicate lab and production schedules, utilization, status, challenges, and resolutions for production activities.
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime is a key responsibility.
- The position involves assisting in the management of budgets, equipment, and procurements.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, aerospace, or related field.
- A successful applicant will possess over 5 years of experience managing a high-quality aerospace production facility.
- The individual should have experience in the build and test of softgood components.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Experience in providing strategic road mapping for process improvements within a manufacturing or production organization is preferred.
