✨ About The Role
- The intern will perform analysis, develop models, and procedures to support the development of structures and mechanisms for commercial human spaceflight modules.
- Responsibilities include supporting the development team with design, analysis, testing, and evaluation tasks.
- The intern will document design, analysis, and test outputs to support the review and approval of system development.
- Presenting results of tests and evaluations to technical teams is a key part of the role.
- The internship will take place onsite at Axiom Space in Houston, Texas from June 2 to August 22, 2025.

- The ideal candidate is a rising junior or senior, or pursuing an advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, indicating strong academic performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for collaboration and documentation.
- The candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a result-oriented personality with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment will thrive in this role.
