- The position supports regulatory filings with the PUCT, ERCOT, and TDUs to ensure compliance in all aspects of retail energy.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer operations or account management, preferably within the energy sector.
- Familiarity with energy industry standards and practices, including regulatory filings and compliance requirements, is essential.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer management platforms is necessary for success in this role.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with prospective and current customers via phone, email, and text.
