- As a Growth Intern, you will be part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of a startup. - You will help execute go-to-market strategies aimed at improving customer acquisition. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience will be a key responsibility. - Analyzing customer interactions using HubSpot and other tools will be part of your daily tasks. - You will collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and enhance processes. - Researching target segments and generating outbound leads will be essential for driving growth. - Assisting in launching marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads will also be part of your role.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in customer relations, sales, and building meaningful relationships. - A basic understanding of technology sales and software products will be beneficial for success in this role. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and team members. - The ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients is crucial. - Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems, as well as tools like Zapier, is a plus.
