On the Base Inside Sales Team, you will build out our first customer touchpoint. You’ll be responsible for talking directly to consumers to enable growth target. You’ll also help improve training, operations, and the feedback loop to the business. You’ll report to the head of growth and work closely with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to ensure we’re onboarding happy customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with & sell directly to homeowners
Build strong customer relationships with best-in-class service.
Track and analyze sales activities using Hubspot & dashboards.
Optimize sales operations & overall team performance.
Requirements:
2+ years in inside sales or related field.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with technology sales and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
