Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to serve as our founding technical recruiting hire. This is a highly impactful role with direct influence on the quality and growth of our engineering organization. You will lead hiring across multiple engineering roles while helping define how technical recruiting operates as the company scales.
This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity. You will work closely with our Recruiting Coordinator and engineering leadership as a trusted strategic partner throughout the hiring process.
