- The Customer Success Director will work directly with BigID’s largest enterprise customers to shape and deliver successful outcomes. - This role involves translating customer requests into actionable results and serving as a key point of engagement across various teams, including Services, Support, Products, and Engineering. - The successful candidate will enhance the global Customer Success practice at BigID and contribute to the company's growth by driving Net Dollar Retention. - The position requires a strong focus on maximizing customer value and implementing best practices. - The role reports directly to the VP of Customer Success and embodies the company's values of Care, Do, Try, and Shine.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technology role, demonstrating a strong background in data security and protection. - Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in primary account management roles, such as senior customer success or technical account management. - A successful individual will have a proven ability to connect technology solutions to business objectives, ensuring sustained momentum throughout the customer lifecycle. - The role requires critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and opportunities within customer organizations. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates who thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
