Who We Seek
BigID is looking for a full-time Office & People Admin to serve as the heartbeat of our Tel Aviv office and play a central role in driving both culture and operations. This hands-on position spans all aspects of the day-to-day office environment to create meaningful moments that strengthen our culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Tel Aviv office, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00.
What you'll do:
- Ownership of all aspects related to the day-to-day office operations & budget
- Responsible for procurement, working with various service providers and vendors
- Provide executive support to the Co-Founder, including calendar management and coordination of business travel.
- Initiate and deliver all employee experience projects and welfare activities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, assisting employees, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
- Oversee office and kitchen supplies by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Work hand-in-hand with the senior leadership to optimize the work environment for the different teams
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years' experience as an Office or Admin Manager, in a startup environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level English, both written and spoken - MUST.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite - Specially in Excel.
- Familiarity with People Admin and Employee Experience tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Have a fun, energetic, people-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
