- The role involves working closely with client stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and business requirements.
- The project manager will plan implementation engagements and deployment efforts while managing client expectations.
- Engaging with multidisciplinary internal and client teams is necessary to ensure a smooth rollout of BigID solutions.
- The candidate will prioritize project tasks and communicate project status, updates, and changes effectively.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation is a key responsibility of this position.
- The project manager will collaborate with Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams to document product issues and enhancement requests.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience within the Information Technology or SaaS space.
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise software implementation is essential.
- The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Experience with privacy, data, or security products will be beneficial for understanding the solutions being implemented.
- Being bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a valuable asset for this role.
