✨ About The Role
- The RVP Sales, West will be a key member of the Leadership Sales Team, reporting directly to the SVP, Sales North America.
- This role is responsible for driving the execution of all sales initiatives and ensuring the short and long-term revenue of West Regional Sales.
- The candidate will lead, inspire, and drive a team of 5-10 senior enterprise direct sales executives to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Setting the strategic direction of the team, including quotas, account coverage, and sales forecasting, will be a critical responsibility.
- The role involves proactively building regional sales projects, including systems and process reinforcement in Salesforce and lead generation.
- Conducting weekly reporting with the sales team on meetings delivery and revenue performance is expected.
- The candidate will partner with key members of the management team to achieve predictable overall sales metrics.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of first-line sales management experience, particularly in selling enterprise software to large enterprises.
- A strong background in B2B Enterprise Cyber Security or SaaS scaling, specifically in data security, is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent business strategy instincts are necessary, as the candidate will need to perform effectively in a challenging and changing environment.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- A proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing enterprise sales organization is crucial.
- The candidate should have experience successfully closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals within the defined territory.
- A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required for this position.
