We're looking for a technical product enablement manager who owns how the product is demonstrated to the market. This role is responsible for turning product builds, releases, and capabilities into clear, compelling, and repeatable demo stories that sales and sales engineering teams deliver consistently across regions. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Enablement. Your job is to connect the dots between what BigID builds and how buyers experience it in a demo.
Own the canonical demo narrative, flow, and talk track aligned to positioning and differentiation
Translate product builds and releases into outcome-focused demo stories, not feature walkthroughs
Define what must be included in the demo environment to support the story and buyer journey
Decide what is in the demo, what is out, and what should never be shown live
Project manage demo updates tied to product launches and releases
Partner with Solutions Engineering to record, package, and distribute demo walkthroughs
Maintain a single source of truth for demo assets, recordings, and documentation
Design and deliver demo enablement for sales and sales engineering teams
Coordinate logistics and planning for in-person demo training and post-sales enablement
4+ years experience in technical product marketing, sales or solutions engineering, or GTM enablement
Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate complex products into clear stories across data platforms, security, privacy, cloud, and AI concepts
The ability to translate complex platforms into clear, persuasive demo stories for senior buyers
A point of view on what makes a great demo and the discipline to enforce it
Comfort owning cross-functional processes and driving consistency without formal authority
Strong project management and communication skills
A bias for clarity, consistency, and outcomes over feature density
