As a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Biofire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our advanced Smart Gun. We are looking for someone who can oversee our assembly process, troubleshoot technical issues within production and manufacturing as well as implement improvements to enhance productivity and product quality to contribute to our expanding manufacturing organization. To succeed you will need to be able to execute quality production, help lead and train other manufacturing technicians, and be a strong contributor to various goals and projects that will help scale our manufacturing department. This is a full-time, hourly role that will require you to be on-site. Our dog-friendly, state-of-the-art headquarters is located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, between Boulder and Denver. This position will require overtime work to meet project deadlines. The ability to work beyond regular hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. We expect you to bring your very best, and in return, we will provide the support necessary for you to excel.
